SHIPPING POLICY

Your items should be at your door within 7-10 days of your order confirmation. In case the item of the order placed is in back order, shipping may take a little longer which will be communicated to you. Expect no duties or extra charges. Please ensure you have provided all important information including a contact number should there be any questions to your location. Once your order is ready for delivery our courier team will call to verify address and a perfect time to have your item delivered.

Warranty 

  • (a) Manufacturer’s warranty 
  • (b) Physical damage to items are not covered under warranty
  • (c) Warranty on applicable products becomes invalid if the product(s) has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorised person/other service centre
  • (d) Please retain your sales invoice to claim warranty
  • (e) Warranty is applicable within the region of the India only

We deliver across the India using our approved logistics providers. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number and the website of the logistics provider in order to be able to track the status of your order. 

International
