Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

Shipping Policy

At DHIVIS AV Store, we strive to deliver your products safely and promptly.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
  • In case a product is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, delivery may take longer. Our team will keep you informed regarding any delays.
  • There are no hidden charges unless specifically mentioned at the time of purchase.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and contact number are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Return Policy

We are committed to assisting customers with return and store credit requests.

Return Requests

All return requests must be submitted via email to ravi@dhivis.in. To ensure accurate processing, return requests cannot be handled through phone calls or text messages.

You can expect a response from our team within 48 hours of receiving your email.

Restocking & Handling Fee

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only and are subject to a 35% restocking and handling fee.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened, unused, and undamaged packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, cables, and bundled items must be included.
  • The original sales invoice is required for processing store credit.
  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, modified, or returned with missing accessories may be refused or may incur additional deductions from the store credit amount.

Store Credit Processing

  • Once the returned product passes inspection, store credit will be issued within 7–10 working days, less the applicable 35% restocking and handling fee.
  • Store credit can be used toward future purchases on DHIVIS AV Store.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders that have not yet been shipped may be cancelled and converted into 100% store credit.
  • Once an order has been placed, monetary refunds are not available.

Defective Products

Due to the nature of high-end audio and home theatre products, not all products qualify for returns.

If a product is found to be defective:

  • The item will be replaced with an identical unit whenever possible.
  • If a replacement cannot be supplied within 30–45 days, store credit will be issued.

Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
  • Warranty coverage and duration vary by brand and product.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, misuse, abuse, or accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by improper installation or operation.
  • Products opened, repaired, modified, or tampered with by unauthorized personnel or service centers.

Warranty Requirements

  • Customers must retain the original sales invoice for warranty claims.
  • Warranty coverage is valid only within the Republic of India, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.

Shipping Information

Within India

DHIVIS AV Store delivers across India through approved logistics and courier partners.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
  • Any location-specific charges, entry taxes, or local levies imposed by authorities, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available upon request.

Acceptance of international orders is subject to review and approval by the DHIVIS AV Store management team.
